Product Manager (Technical & Analytical Focus)
Your Mission:
  • 3+ years of experience in product management (B2B/B2C) within established and successfully operating products.
  • Understanding of programming fundamentals, system architecture, and APIs.
  • Experience in creating and testing hypotheses to drive product growth through experiments.
  • UX expertise for internal users: ability to design interfaces for administrators and platform employees.
  • Additional knowledge and experience with SQL, relational/non-relational databases, APIs, UX/UI.
  • English level: B1+.

A Strong Plus:
  • Experience working with back-office systems and internal tools for platform administration.

Your Unique Contribution:
  • Improving the functionality of the Back-Office platform.
  • Coordinating the work of project managers, developers, and designers.
  • Monitoring user needs and analyzing international market trends.
  • Researching competitors' actions and adapting best practices.
  • Formulating and testing hypotheses for product development.
  • Defining key success metrics, preparing reports, and forecasting results.
  • Optimizing data collection and monitoring of key product metrics.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to synchronize work processes.
