Sales Manager | Affiliate team
Currently, we are looking for a proactive Sales Manager to join affiliate team. Your primary responsibility will be to find and recruit new affiliate partners, establish contact with them, negotiate terms, and ensure a successful onboarding to drive quality traffic to products. In addition, you’ll assist Affiliate Managers with relationship development, handle objections, and resolve potential issues with tact and professionalism.

Your Mission:
  • Identify and reach out to potential affiliate partners in gambling verticals.
  • Pitch partnership opportunities and convert leads into active affiliates.
  • Negotiate cooperation terms, commission models, and launch details.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and successful first campaigns.
  • Support Affiliate Managers with partner development and retention.
  • Handle objections and resolve concerns with professionalism and clarity.
  • Track outreach results, conversions, and provide regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate with affiliate, product, and analytics teams to improve acquisition funnels.
  • Monitor competitor programs and adapt strategies accordingly.
Your Unique Contribution:
  • 1+ year of experience in affiliate or B2B sales (gambling industry preferred).
  • Understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem and performance models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent or Upper-Intermediate level of English (spoken and written).
  • Self-starter with goal-oriented mindset and resilience to handle rejection.
  • Experience with CRM and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn).
  • Ability to analyze traffic performance and propose data-driven solutions.
