We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Senior Recruiter with a strong background in the iGaming industry to join team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions.
Your Mission:- Strategize, Research & Source:
You will own the strategy and develop a recruiting plan that will expand our talent pools and ensure there’s a distinct range of candidates for both short-term and long-term efforts.
You’ll use sourcing techniques to identify strong talent and relay market intel back to your hiring partners to better refine and execute your recruiting strategy.
- Own the Candidate Experience:
You’ll build strong relationships with candidates. You’ll own the full candidate experience from initial outreach to closing the job.
You’ll work directly with hiring managers as your true partners to find and attract talent specific to the team’s needs.
You’ll coach and advise based on your growing knowledge in igaming markets, compensation, and the competitive landscape.
You’ll use critical thinking, data, and business acumen to educate and influence hiring managers to make smart judgment calls that will directly impact who we hire for ChilliPartners.
You’ll participate in full-cycle recruiting, including interviews, offers, negotiating, and closing candidates.
You’ll own and juggle multiple demands and balance moving quickly with a great candidate experience.
- You’ll use your own judgment on how to best organize, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
Your Unique Contribution:- You have at least 3 years of Recruiting experience and value how recruiting can influence the inclusion and diversity landscape of a company.
- You have 2+ years in the iGaming industry with deep experience and a network within the community. Experience with Affiliate Managers roles is a must.
- You’re excited to build and are comfortable pivoting quickly when priorities change.
- You’re accustomed to multi-tasking, self-prioritizing, and meeting tight deadlines.
- You’re self-motivated and driven; you look for solutions and impact, without being asked twice.
- You’re curious and love going beyond the surface level of a profile; you research market trends and don’t rely on just a keyword search to find the niche talent.
