Currently, we are searching for an exceptional Team Lead of Affiliates for one of the largest players in the iGaming sector. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in affiliate marketing, strong strategic and leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the iGaming industry.

Your Mission:

• Hands on affiliation account management across several international markets.
• Responsible for the Affiliate targets, to meet the company’s objectives and ROI guidelines.
• Manage a portfolio of high value affiliate accounts with the objective of growing group new depositing customers.
• Monitor and analyse affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness and work with Senior Group Managers to develop forecasts in line with budgets.
• Managing, mentoring, and training the Affiliate department.
• Growing and developing the Affiliate team, including performance reviews, staffing and growth and career development.
• Develop affiliate recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns.
• Implement strategies to increase quality and yield of key affiliate partners.

Your Unique Contribution:

• At least 4 years of experience in Affiliate Management in iGaming casino brands.
• Minimum 1 year experience of team management.
• Great communicator.
• Methodical, numbers driven and well organised.
• Highly target & results driven individual.
• Open and responsive problem-solving skills.
• Be proactive and motivate others when necessary.
• Upper-Intermediate in English. Knowledge in other languages is considered a big advantage.
• Positive and enthusiastic ‘can do – attitude’.
• Team player who can work independently but likes to work with a team.
